Due to the administrative and technical
complications associated with the domain name, we have to completely
re-create the order from scratch. For goodwill reasons, this
shall be done free only for the first time. A USD 50.00 charge
is applicable for subsequent changes. |

we will pro-rate your charges for the month and offer you the

services, we are only offering you that exclusively. Should

Due to security reasons, we don't offer
a demo account. However, do ask for our 30 day free trial period.
Afterwhich, it is your decision entirely, no questions asked.

i host adult sites? Yes,
you may. However, do check with your local jurisdiction on your
exact compliance. For example, you might be on the wrong side
of law if you are based in Singapore, but not in Panama, US. |

i use your services for mass e-mailing?
Yes, but they do have to be of solicited
content. If the volume being mailed is detrimental to the server's
normal operating conditions, we might step in to advise you

No, we will not tolerate any such actions

Thank you for taking the first step. Our
sales staff will have your account processed and dispatched
to the next available account manager, who will setup your account
and send you a welcome e-mail. All necessary information will
be in that e-mail. |

What do i do? Even if your order has
been successfully submitted, your account setup will be pending

Why
are my clients in other countries not seeing my site when i
am? DNSs in certain countries resolve
faster than those in others. Which is why there is this inconsistency
across different areas of the globe. They will eventually resolve
over, but at a later time. |

Different ISPs have different internet exchanges
which they serve from. Their DNSs might take a slightly longer
time to refresh, and hence this inconsistency. They will resolve
eventually, albeit taking slightly longer. |

can access my site with the IP, but not with the domain name.
What is wrong? Your DNS has not propagated
over to its nameservers yet. If you have already updated your
registrar, it might take 24-72 hours for the process to complete.
Please do update your registrar immediately if you haven't done
so. |

What
is a registrar and how do i update my details?
A registrar is an ICANN affiliated body
who will be responsible for assigning you your domain name.
If you have registered the domain with us at CBS, we will take
care of all such pointover details. If you have registered your
domain with another registrar, please do contact them on the
exact procedures to update your domain details. |

showing? Do allow 24-72 hours for the
changes to take effect. |

do i see some weird black and white page with directories?
Congratulations! You are now seeing the
directory listing page and have successfully setup your account.
Upload your index page to the public_html folder and your site
will go "live". |

obtain it? Paypal Transaction ID is
a long list of alphanumeric characters which will be in your
confirmation e-mail which will be sent to you upon any successful
transaction. Once you have received the e-mail after making
your payment to us, please do mail us the transaction ID. We
cannot proceed to setup your account if you are using paypal
and have not yet provided us the ID. |

What is CVV2 code and how do i obtain it?
CVV2 code, or more commonly known as the
security code, is a 3 digit number found at the back of your
card. If you have trouble locating it, please do e-mail us a
scanned image of your card or fax it to us and we will take
care of the matter. |

What kind of payment modes do you accept?

Interbank Transfer
- There will be a nominal transaction charge for this mode.
Charges differ from banks to banks and please check with your

Paypal Transfer

Western Union Money Transfer
- An additional USD 10.00 surcharge is applicable
