What is a support ticket?

Any technical mail query which your customers raise about your services, is a support ticket. This could be simply one e-mail, or multiple e-mails back and forth. From the start of the opening e-mail till the problem is resolved and the ticket is closed, regardless of how many e-mails have been exchanged, it is only counted as 1 ticket.

Subject : E-Mail system not working

Client :

I can't find a pop e-mail box for loseitright.com
In my info from Ya'll it says not to delete either the loseitright or the default e-mail boxes, but, I don't find either of them. Therefore my e-mail system isn't working.
Please help.

Support team:
Hi!
I did check your mail manager (in the control panel). You do have all the pop boxes as you have mentioned.
The two POP boxes are
service@loseitright.com
customerservice@loseitright.com
The default points to both and has an autoresponder. To check the POP mail. Configure the mail client (such as outlook) as
Incoming Mailserver (POP) : loseitright.com
Outgoing Mailserver (SMTP) : loseitright.com
username : service
password : whatever you have set it to.
For the other POP box namely customerservice@loseitright.com. All settings are the same except the username is
username : customerservice.

Have a nice day :-)

Subject: execution of mysql in a ssh command prompt

Client:

I need execute mysql in a ssh command line. I need execute for I installed all tables in mysql database, this tables is large and i can´t create this tables via phpmyadmin (control panel).

I need execute this command:
mysql -utophost -p..........

and the error occurring is:
bash: mysql: command not found

Thanks

Support team:

Hi!
This happens because mysql is not in the system path and hence the system is unable to find it.

The path for mysql is /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql.
To execute a mysql command from the shell use
/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql -utophost -p..........

I hope this will solve your problem.

Have a wonderful day :)
regards

Subject: Accessing MySQL database using MySQL Front

Client :

We would like to know if it is possible to access our MySQL database using an external program like MySQL Front. I hope to hear from you soon. Yours,

Support team :
Hi!
We are afraid this is not possible. Currently our servers do not allow mysql access from an external computer.
We would suggest an alternative server access method.
server - localhost
username - yourusername
password- you password
database - yourdomainname_com

We would also suggest the use of phpmyadmin in the control-panel. Feel free to contact us in case you require any more help with this.

Have a nice day
Regards
