| Any technical mail query which your customers
raise about your services, is a support ticket. This could be simply one
e-mail, or multiple e-mails back and forth. From the start of the opening
e-mail till the problem is resolved and the ticket is closed, regardless
of how many e-mails have been exchanged, it is only counted as 1 ticket.
